Taos Regional Airport Announces Expanded Air Service for
Summer and Fall 2025
Enhanced connections from JSX and new Contour Airlines service to Denver bring more travelers to renowned outdoor and cultural destination while offering Northern New Mexicans greater travel options

TAOS, NM – April 18, 2025 – The Town of Taos is pleased to announce a significant expansion of air service at Taos Regional Airport beginning this summer. This will include the return of JSX flights to four popular destinations, plus new service from Contour Airlines directly into Denver International Airport. These new flights provide unprecedented access to the iconic destination of Taos, while offering Northern New Mexico residents convenient connections to domestic and international location
"We are excited to announce this expansion of air service at Taos Regional Airport, which will make it easier for families in Taos to travel for vacation, business opportunities, medical purposes, and to visit loved ones," said Town of Taos Mayor Pascual Maestas. "The new air services direct from Taos to so many destinations will create affordable options for Taoseños to see the world and share our culture and history with visitors."
Starting June 26, travelers can access flights directly from Taos to Dallas Love Field, Austin Executive Airport, McLellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, and Burbank Hollywood Airport through JSX. Additionally, the new Contour Airlines service will provide direct flights to Denver International Airport, where passengers can connect to 189 domestic and 33 international destinations.
The summer service will operate three times per week from June 26 through September 29, 2025, serving all five destinations. Fall service will continue three times weekly from October 2 through December 15, focusing on the Denver connection via Contour Airlines.
"The vision of the Taos Regional Airport is to develop the airport into a sustainable transportation hub for Northern New Mexico, growing responsibly to accommodate more air travelers, while offering a true Taos experience," said Taos Regional Airport Manager Colton Rapstine.
Taos continues to be one of America's foremost art colonies.
