      FINCEN: Beneficial Ownership Reporting
      As of 2/15/2025: “In light of a recent federal court order, reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the order remains in force. However, reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit beneficial ownership information reports.”

      RDC Technology & Manufacturing (TEAM) Fund
      Information Session (online), February 26, 11:00 am to Noon. Awards up to $20,000 in no-interest loans to technology and manufacturing companies on track to add jobs, grow revenues, and attract additional funding or investment. For-profit manufacturing and technology-based businesses of any size, at any stage, and in business for over one year are welcome to apply. Application Period: February 18 - March 17, 2025.

Unlock Capital offers education, mentoring, technical assistance, and individualized advisory services to help businesses attract investments and raise capital. Because of our experience and focus on venture capital and private equity investments, Community Development Venture Capital Alliance (CDVCA) has a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare businesses to raise capital effectively.

      Opportunity Enterprise – Commercial Development. Round 4 is open February 4 – March 21, 2025. The Commercial Development Program provides financing for building or renovation projects to increase the inventory of commercial space that will attract businesses to New Mexico and achieve economic benefits for the state.       Uplift Youth Fund
      Taos Ski Valley has launched the Community Pledge and the Uplift Youth Fund, committing an initial $100,000 annually to support local organizations focused on youth-driven projects. With grants ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 and two funding cycles per year, the fund aims to inspire a love for the mountains, environmental stewardship, outdoor equity, and meaningful opportunities for our local youth.       Eligibility: Manufacturing Operations (e.g. aerospace, food, signage, beverage, electronics, early-stage R&D phase). Must have an active DUNS with an approved NAICS/SIC applicable to manufacturing. Must have a physical location within NM and at least one employee. Apply here.

      Emerging Leaders Reimagined: This opportunity provides entrepreneurship education and training for executives of small, poised-for-growth companies.
