From Boomers to Zoomers: Building Collaboration Across Generations In this fun and interactive talk, we will explore the importance of understanding and bridging the communication gap between different generations in the workplace. Together we will unpack the stereotypes, assets, challenges, and preferences of different generations, and we'll share strategies for maximizing the strengths of generational diversity for organizational success. Jocelyn Singer-Sargent, LCSW, SHRM-CP serves the New Mexico community as a Human Resources consultant and professional coach helping businesses and their people reach their full potential. Throughout her career she has held leadership positions in HR and led high-performing teams in non-profit, financial, and behavioral health organizations. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Women & Gender Studies from Dartmouth College and a Master’s degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. Jocelyn brings her people insight and experience to support leaders; foster inclusive cultures; support organizational change; and operationalize people-centered workplaces where everyone can do their best work. Jocelyn's passion is helping to “make work work for people” and aligning the needs of the business with the needs of its employees.
